This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of all services and products (“Services”) from wpHex, a WordPress Plugin Development Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase, as it establishes your rights in relation to our Services, including important limitations and exclusions.

Eligibility for a Refund

A full refund will be considered if a request is made within 14 days of the purchase date and the following conditions are met:

  • The purchased Service is not as described, is damaged or is non-functional.
  • Our team has been given the opportunity to troubleshoot and rectify the issue and the problem is not resolved within 7 days of reporting.
  • The issues are not caused by the customer’s environment (i.e. conflicts with other plugins, themes, or hosting restrictions).

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that we do not offer refunds if:

  • You have changed your mind about a purchase.
  • The Services were purchased on discount or during a promotional offer.
  • You choose not to use the product after purchase.
  • The product has been altered or modified in any way.
  • The issue arises due to misuse or misinterpretation of how to use the product.

Return of the Product

In case of digital goods such as our plugins, ‘return’ does not apply due to the nature of the goods. Hence, there will be no return of the product once the sale is completed.

How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@wphex.com. Please provide your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days. The money will be returned to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time, effective upon posting an updated version on our website. Please regularly review this Policy to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
